About Liz... Liz has an Honours Degree in Phytotherapy (the study and practice of herbal medicine), is a member of both the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy (MCPP) and the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. The NIMH was founded in 1864 and is the oldest professional body for medical herbalists. Members have to undergo extensive training in medical and botanical sciences and therapeutics, and are covered by professional indemnity insurance. She also holds the RHS General Examination in Horticulture Certificate and is a qualified Reflexologist (VTCT Diploma in Reflexology). Please telephone or email for more information on Reflexology treatments. Liz has a stall selling a few simple herbal products at local farmers markets; Lynton, Ilfracombe, Wrafton and Braunton. To conform with legal requirements it is not possible to hold a consultation over the counter and if self-treatment is not helping, it is advisable to make an appointment for a full consultation. |
